減肥
嘩,原來要減肥真係十分吾容易,首先想講下,因為開頭要餵人奶,所以真係勁食,做成有食消夜習慣,慘慘! 以前真係一路泵,一路食零食,因為係得個D時間先可以算休息下,梗係想開心下啦,我真係希望呢個世界係無零食,薯片朱古力真係害人不淺呢! 而家要減,真係有D困難,要不停忍口,不停捱餓,嗚嗚! 雖然好似好變態,但見到自己個豬樣同身材,真係不得不忍下,因為實在恐怖呀! 而家個計劃係,cut down零食,少吃飯麵類,食多D肉菜,希望咁樣可以令自己減到少少啦。 係office真係想勁食,所以有時口痕時,就放一大盆生果係面前,我諗點都好過食薯片個類吧,嘻嘻! 希望可以keep住呢個habit啦,吾想再繼續重磅下去呀!
早餐-呢幾日都係食蛋,無包,應該無咁肥卦
lunch - 依舊帶lunch box, 有少量飯同餸,吾飽就食生果
snack -真係口痕就食gum, 再吾係就yohurt呀,生果,calories應該低D卦
dinner -如常都係食99煮,不過cut down食飯,食多左餸!
late snack- 無,希望keep到呢個habit啦!
