吾知點解我個B睡眠質數真係好差，晚上訓都仲OK，係有時會叫兩叫，但日頭真係超差，早上起身（有時六點幾，有時7點幾）之後，大約10點鐘度又眼訓，但訓極都只係半個鐘，有次仲衰，吾夠10分鐘就醒，我開頭以為係我地嘈，但有時就算無聲，佢都會自動醒，跟住下午，好時就會訓到一個鐘，吾好時又係半個鐘，唉，訓咁少真係好累呀，大家有咩分享呢？
而家Hannah B已經20磅，所以我相信係時候換 car seat啦，我地之前買個infant car seat, 我覺得佢已經坐吾落，隻腳已經無位，大家又有咩好介紹呢？

In general, rear facing is a lot safer than forward facing.

At the end of the day, we put our kids in a car seat due to safety and not comfort.
My older one sat rear facing until he was almost 4, and he never complained about discomfort.

bebi sleep well in the afternoon. he can sleep soundly for 2 - 3 hours for the afternoon nap. However, he cannot sleep well at night.

我個女都係架，一開始勁瞓得，食完一餐奶瞓到下餐要叫醒再食，但係越大就越瞓得少，宜家日頭都係瞓埋啲濕碎覺咋。或者試下同佢放電，新年依幾日出街，佢攰到食包可以瞓番2個鐘架

一仔张car seat 係由infant 坐到兩歲,infant有多一张墊,但一仔現在一歲,張墊还未取走...牌子好似係Combi.
ReplyDelete一仔夜晚由十点瞓到早上六点半飲奶,舊印印湊時白天瞓得兩三小時,后来凑b姨姨及现在新印印凑,早上及下午都可各瞓1.5-2小時.每次开始都要孭住瞓,瞓着了15分鐘后可以放低他自己瞓.
