吾開心
其實今日有D吾開心,因為本來有人買我地層樓,點知佢地又突然間話吾買,唉,真係比佢地玩C啦。 今個星期一我先同我律師傾好D細節,雖然中間有D阻滯,但都不至於話傾吾埋冷,但今朝早我律師同我講, 對方律師話買家已經搵到第二間樓,吾再買我個間,我即刻呆左一呆,因為當初係佢地同意買,我先搵我個律師,雖然係私人買賣,但起碼佢地係我neighbor, 我覺得佢地吾會欺騙我吧。 呢個社會上,係咪人善被人欺? 我係一個好忠直既賣家,而講真,我真係好中意係個度住,只不過係因為小朋友關係我要搬,我都想搵一個好既買家對我間屋好D,但呢個neighbor, 彈三彈4,無appreciate過任何野,如果係咁差,咁咪吾好買囉。 最衰係我之前有人offer, 而家已經因為佢地而推左,你話呢D人係咪賤? 我吾望人對我好,但都吾駛咁樣啫,話哂大家隔壁鄰居左咁耐,都希望大家有商有量,唉....我吾係介意佢地吾買,但我覺得好似比佢地出賣左咁,我個心真係灰左,唉!本來人生有希望,而家又好似搞到好無望咁。 希望我會搵到個更理想既買家,吾駛再供兩層樓落去啦!

ReplyDeletethis kind of thing happens all the time. You can't be sure until the buyer pays a deposit. And i don't turn down other offers until i receive a deposit.
ReplyDeleteoh, my experience is that it is better to find an agent to scan all the possible buyers. It is more efficient.

ReplyDelete[yellowline回覆03/15/2013 07:47:15]不過, 買賣房屋係好煩人架啦, 我地有朋友在Brooklyn的房屋, 搞咗好耐話賣, 結果總有些少阻滯, 都仲未賣得成.
明白,遇著沒守承諾的人有時都幾氣憤。很欣賞媽媽妳的忠直及誠意,最好自己也是很好的事,相信妳好快搵到個更好的買家!

另一個朋友想找租盤又係咁,協意之前係咪應該諗清楚?一時一樣令人難以適從......
聯絡左律師又要付一筆...真係比鄰居玩c!咁大個人小小責任心都無。
