Daytona Beach

Finally I am back from Daytona Beach! It was lovely...well, not the weather but the environment was good.  The weather wasn't bad but it wasn't sunny.  I bet if it was sunny, i would be tanned..hehe! anyway, the first day we arrived, we didn't do much but to enjoy the beach.  Since the hotel was just on the beach, we were just walking along the shore and enjoy the ocean....lovely!   It definitely was a good place for couples to get romantic, hahaha!

Then the 2nd day we decided to go to Kennedy space center located in Merritt island (an hour drive from Daytona Beach).  We rented a car and we drove to there.  It was a good place to visit, but the sad part was i felt a bit sick... >_<
Anyway, after medication, i was able to move around....thank god!~  Look at this rocket.....gigantic!!!!! Of course it's not a real rocket....but on the other hand, the real one should be 1000 times bigger....and heavier! whoa~

Unfortunately we weren't able to buy tickets to do close up capture of the rocket...those tickets were sold out....sucks! Anyway, it was a fun visit and we saw a lot of amazing things going to the space! I wonder when we can buy ticket and visit the moon?? (of course you can do it now, but it costs like hundred of millions dollars to visit ....i rather do something else!)

There was a flight simulation in this center.  It was as if you, as an astronaut, were launching the rocket.  It was quite fun and i could feel the pressure going up there and it was shaking dramatically. My honey and I were like...whoa!! haha~ At first i got scared but eventually, i found it quite interesting.  It was short but good enough for your experience! (the scary part was...it became vertical at some points..haha!)

Overall, it was a relaxing and fun trip for us! Let's go to FL again!
