33週

已經進入倒數階段啦,今個星期已經33週,即係話,仲有大約7星期,我同老公既愛情結晶品就會面世,好緊張呀! 我話無擔心同緊張都係握你既,不過我又覺得,其實只不過係捱一日,就會見到我地既BB,咁諗應該會覺得所有痛楚都係值得既! 生之前我都仲要去見亞B多一次,嘻嘻,我老公同我都好期待,希望所有野都順利啦! 同亞媽講我以前出世時,佢話我大約都係六磅多,而家姐就成八磅,肥妹,哈哈!我媽話我以前成日喊,喊到走廊都聽到,我亞爸個陣都不知幾想丟我出街,哈哈,真係慘! 不過我腳頭吾差架,我出世無耐就抽到居屋,我爸就愈做愈順利,哈哈,雖然吾知係咪關我事,但我點都要攞番個credit先,哈哈!
而家仲要準備既野就係:

BB床(其實已經選擇好,不過等緊佢地既coupon)
diapers (我地打算去amazon買,所以應該會好快買好)
breast pump (我朋友話佢家姐有個新既,問我要吾要,我又覺得吾好意思要,因為佢地已經送左個gift比我地,而家仲要拎多樣野, ummmm)
milk bottle (呢樣要買,不過都好方便買到)
blanket (亞媽係HK已經買左)
car seat (吾知點解,我個car seat係register有人買左,不過無見到呢份gift, 如果4月尾仲未收到,我就會自己買)
crib mattress (未有心水,有無人有意見呢?
waterproof changing pad (亞媽話要喎)
BB 沖涼洗頭毛巾(亞媽買左)


暫時未想到其他,大家幫幫手,哈哈

  2. I am using Sealy Soybean Foam-Core Crib Mattress. Do you know which milk bottle brand a u going to use ar? For the breast pump, you should really take it, if your friend's sister dont have a baby, she owe the breast pump for no use. Maybe you can give her back a gift or some money. But pump is so expensive. If you would like to breast feed, I would say have nipple cream ready in your hospital bag, coz the first 3 days is painful coz both mami and baby are learning to nurse. I got nipple cream and gel pad in my hospital bag and I was glad that I did. With all the other pain, you really dont want a sore nipple that is going to make you stop breast feeding. Good luck to you ar... So exciting.

    [小陳太回覆04/05/2012 22:53:22]I think Aveeno has baby cream too... I use a bottom cream for the pat pat. You can test it out first and see what works for your baby. For this site, you can just shop at home, so you can wait.

    [小陳太回覆04/05/2012 04:32:04]Yea... but for the first few days, you are still not dealing with the pain from having too much milk yet. Coz the milk dont come until the second or thrid day. The pain is from the baby learning to suck and most likely she would suck really hard coz she is still learning. Plus baby on their first day have such tiny stomach that you need to feed so many time during the day.
    I use Ameda ComfortGel Hydrogel pads (You can only use it for 7 days, but the first 7 days is really all you need, then the baby would know how the suck and what to expect by like day 3 - 4)
    For nipple cream, I use Lansinoh.

  4. 恭喜你啦, 仲有七個星期, 可以慢慢準備呀. 最後一個月BB既體重會升得好快, 你睇吓自己會唔會超重, 會既38週後就唔好補太多, BB太多件, 媽咪生得好辛苦架.

  5. your can go to BJ to buy something without membership card, just tell the cashier you don't have card, if they accept it then you can't buy from them. you can enter to BJ without showing the membership card (costco need to show card to them)

     準媽媽們在懷孕期間常是「一 人吃兩人補」,以致體重急速增加,而有產後肥胖等困擾,不過專家提醒產婦們在產後作月子期間仍要注意營養,特別是哺餵母乳者不妨吃清蒸魚、活蝦、干貝高麗 菜、竹笙干貝烏骨雞、花生紅棗做豬蹄等佳餚,有助恢復氣血,以及促進乳汁分泌,另外干貝肉質細嫩、鮮美,高麗菜含豐富維生素,有助消除水腫。

    產後宜吃的蔬果
    紅菜:補血
    菠菜:斂陰補血
    油菜:行瘀散血、溫經散寒
    高麗菜:補腎壯骨、健胃通絡
    萵苣:通血脈、利五臟、通乳、利 尿
    木瓜:生津、潤便
    櫻桃:補氣、怯風寒
    榴槤:補氣血、怯寒
    山楂:健胃消食、活血化瘀
    桃子:補血生津
    葡萄:補氣血、強筋骨、利尿

    高動物性油脂損健康
    隨著環境污染持續惡化,原本被認為具滋補功效的傳統坐月子餐,被部分專家認為應作適度調整,建議多吃蔬果、豆類、五穀雜糧,少吃麻油雞、豬腳等高動物性油脂食物,以降低哺乳過程中,寶寶經母乳攝入戴奧辛等毒物的風險。

    豬肝腰子 易積致癌物
    毒物科醫師表示,高動物性油脂食物中,也相對含有較高量的戴奧辛與多氯聯苯等致癌物;至於被認為滋補的豬肝、腰子等肉臟,也容易累積黃麴毒素、鎘等致癌物,吃多了對媽媽和寶寶都不是件好事。

    中醫婦科主治醫師表示,現代人營養過剩,坐月子營養足夠就好,更重要的是充分的休息,好幫助身體復原,「吃得下、睡得好就行了」。餐餐吃麻油雞酒,反而會 太上火,傷口容易出血,痔瘡也會加劇。剖腹產或有切開會陰者,產後一週內不宜吃麻油雞,之後若要吃,料理時也應避免加過多米酒。
    此外,三餐吃魚肉喝魚湯,好在母乳中添加DHA等「聰明因子」。保健營養師方指出,媽媽再哺乳期間,每日必須多補充五百大卡的熱量,最重要是均衡飲食,食材應該要多樣化,例如吃魚應選中小型魚類,多吃不同種的魚。
    產後坐月子宜忌食品一覽表

    1. 適時蔬菜:

    紅菜:補血養陰
    芥藍:養血散寒
    菠菜:養陰燥熱,斂陰補血
    油菜:行瘀散血、溫經散寒
