長假又無LU
一連3日0既長假又完啦﹐ 不過3日內有2日我都無出街﹐ 因為忙於整蛋糕﹐ 哈哈!! 整左2次海綿蛋糕 & 一個日式芝士蛋糕﹐ 唔知點解個海綿蛋糕都總係好硬﹐ 所以我HONEY都唔想試 LOL 不過個日式芝士蛋糕就叫好叫坐﹐ 仲可以encore!! 好勁呀!!!哈哈!!!! 好難得我HONEY會吃蛋糕﹐ thank you!!

You may beat the egg white too hard for the sponge cake.
